I could not stop eating these while trying to take the “official” picture. Chocolate and peanut butter is a weakness of mine. My brother asked me to bring some to our get together Saturday and I told him no 😂#notsharing. Santa wants an upgrade from the cookies so these are all staying put at my house 😉.
I used cookie cutters to make the trees, stars, and candy canes. Put the cutouts in the freezer before dipping and it will make it easier.

🍬INGREDIENTS🍬
•Coconut Oil*: 100 grams
•Salt: 2 grams
•Peanut Butter: 800 grams
•Powdered Sugar: 400 grams
•Chocolate: as needed for dipping
🍬INSTRUCTIONS🍬
1.Melt coconut oil and salt together until fluid
2.Add in peanut butter and melt until fluid
3.Stir in powdered sugar until smoothPour on parchment lined tray.
4.Cover with parchment paper.
5.Freeze until firm (about two hours)
6.Cut out shapes with cookie cutters
7.Dip in chocolate
*you must use coconut oil that is solid at room temperature, not fluid.
