Candy bars fascinated me as a child. Or maybe I just loved eating them šŸ¤·šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļøDid you know most candy bars are made upside down? šŸ™ƒThe top layer is made first underneath the other layers, then they are cut and dipped in chocolate. When dreaming up a candy bar its fun to think about what you’ll do for the layers. This one is filled with soft and stretchy nougat, crunchy salty peanuts, and a luscious peanut butter cream.

šŸ‘‡šŸ»tell me in the comments what you’d put in yours, and maybe I’ll make it for you!

✨My Instagram stories have the quick clip of me making them and all candy videos are saved on my Instagram highlights.✨

Make the Nougat:

2.Turn off heat and set aside.

3.Start whipping egg whites in electric mixer until foamy. Slowly add cooked syrup.

Make the peanut butter cream:

7.Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter until cohesive. Spread over peanut layer. Cover and let rest overnight.

8.The layers must set up in order to cut into pieces.

9.Cut into pieces. Cover in chocolate (refrigeration makes this easier if need be).
