Rich warm gooey chocolate? This hot fudge is so easy to make. The ingredients are simple and it will beat out any version you can buy in the store. Ice cream really isn’t needed here, just dig in with your spoon- I won’t judge.
🍬INGREDIENTS🍬
•Sugar: 220 grams
•Cocoa: 105 grams
•Salt: 3 grams
•Heavy Cream: 275 grams
•Butter: 75 grams
•Corn Syrup: 50 grams
🍬INSTRUCTIONS🍬
1.Combine cocoa, sugar, and salt. Sift if cocoa is lumpy. Set aside.
2.Combine heavy cream, butter, and corn syrup in pot. Heat on low until the butter is melted.
3.Add in dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
4.Heat until 218F, stirring gently the whole time.
5.Pour on greased sheet and cool.
6.Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
