ā¢Water: 60 grams | 0.25 cupā£ā£ā£ā£
ā¢Sugar: 400 grams | 2 cupsā£ā£ā£ā£
ā¢Salt: 2 grams | 1/2 tspā£ā£ā£ā£
ā¢Chopped Pecans: 118 grams | 1 cupā£ā£ā£ā£
ā¢Diced Pecans: 180 grams | 1.5 cupā£ā£ā£ā£
ā¢Chocolate: 150 grams | 2.5 barsā£ā£ā£ā£

1. Combine butter, sugar, salt, and waterā£ā£ā£ā£
2. Cook on a medium heat setting while stirring until 275F.ā£ā£ā£ā£
3. Add pecans, stir.ā£ā£ā£ā£
4. Cook until 310F, stirring VERY SLOWLY. You can also stop stirring from 275-310F.ā£ā£ā£ā£
5. Pour on greased pan. Spread gently.ā£ā£ā£ā£
6. Top with broken chocolate pieces. Allow chocolate to sit and melt for 3-4 minutes.ā£ā£ā£ā£
7. Spread chocolate into an even layer.ā£ā£ā£ā£
8. Top with chopped pecans.ā£ā£ā£ā£
9. Cool, break into pieces. Store in airtight container.ā£
