🍬𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬🍬
•Butter: 330 grams | 3 sticks
•Water: 60 grams | 0.25 cup
•Sugar: 400 grams | 2 cups
•Salt: 2 grams | 1/2 tsp
•Chopped Pecans: 118 grams | 1 cup
•Diced Pecans: 180 grams | 1.5 cup
•Chocolate: 150 grams | 2.5 bars
🍬𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬🍬
1. Combine butter, sugar, salt, and water
2. Cook on a medium heat setting while stirring until 275F.
3. Add pecans, stir.
4. Cook until 310F, stirring VERY SLOWLY. You can also stop stirring from 275-310F.
5. Pour on greased pan. Spread gently.
6. Top with broken chocolate pieces. Allow chocolate to sit and melt for 3-4 minutes.
7. Spread chocolate into an even layer.
8. Top with chopped pecans.
9. Cool, break into pieces. Store in airtight container.
