•Butter: 330 grams | 3 sticks⁣⁣⁣⁣

•Water: 60 grams | 0.25 cup⁣⁣⁣⁣

•Sugar: 400 grams | 2 cups⁣⁣⁣⁣

•Salt: 2 grams | 1/2 tsp⁣⁣⁣⁣

•Chopped Pecans: 118 grams | 1 cup⁣⁣⁣⁣

•Diced Pecans: 180 grams | 1.5 cup⁣⁣⁣⁣

•Chocolate: 150 grams | 2.5 bars⁣⁣⁣⁣

šŸ¬šˆš§š¬š­š«š®šœš­š¢šØš§š¬šŸ¬ā£ā£ā£ā£

1. Combine butter, sugar, salt, and water⁣⁣⁣⁣

2. Cook on a medium heat setting while stirring until 275F.⁣⁣⁣⁣

3. Add pecans, stir.⁣⁣⁣⁣

4. Cook until 310F, stirring VERY SLOWLY. You can also stop stirring from 275-310F.⁣⁣⁣⁣

5. Pour on greased pan. Spread gently.⁣⁣⁣⁣

6. Top with broken chocolate pieces. Allow chocolate to sit and melt for 3-4 minutes.⁣⁣⁣⁣

7. Spread chocolate into an even layer.⁣⁣⁣⁣

8. Top with chopped pecans.⁣⁣⁣⁣

9. Cool, break into pieces. Store in airtight container.⁣
