🍫Dark Chocolate Dipped Cacao Melts🍫


Vegan. Paleo. Gluten free. Honestly, I’m not one for specific food labels. I am however one for decadent, rich, deep dark chocolate morsels that are super easy to make and ridiculously delicious. The friendly ingredient listing is just a bonus 👌🏻. These eat like a chocolate buttercream you’d find in your Valentine’s Day box, only without the butter or cream.

🍬INGREDIENTS🍬

•Coconut Sugar: 200 grams

•Brown Rice Syrup: 50 grams

•Water: 100 grams

•Salt: 2 grams

•Coconut Oil: 55 grams

•Cacao/Cocoa Powder: 30 grams

•Chocolate for Dipping: 150 grams


🍬INSTRUCTIONS🍬

1.Combine water, coconut sugar, and brown rice syrup in pot. Cook until 238F.

2.Pour into mixing bowl. Using the paddle attachment, mix in coconut oil and cocoa powder on low.

3.Turn mixer speed to medium high, mix for 60 seconds.

4.Pour into pan lined with parchment paper. Allow to cool and cut into squares for dipping.

5. Dip in chocolate.

6.Top with sea salt. Alternatively you can roll candy and cut for wrapping pieces with parchment paper without dipping.
