🍪Cookie Butter Granola🍪

I’m pretty sure cookie butter was developed to reduce waste in manufacturing. What do you do with all the broken cookies and scraps you can’t sell after making them? Grind them up, put them in a jar, and now you’re making money off that “scrap” that was headed to the trash can. This is common practice in food manufacturing. Ever seen “extra toasty” on a package? Those are the items out of standard quality spec. Rumor has it that a large candy company has a “trash” bar that puts all of its scrap into one item... now whatchamacall that? 🤔
