🍎Cinnamon Caramel Apple Cake🍎

Bonus recipe with the cast iron caramel apples. Bake a cake on top!



🍬INGREDIENTS🍬

•Flour: 200 g | 1 ½ cup + 2 tablespoons

•Sugar: 200 g | 1 cup

•Cinnamon: 15 g | 2 Tbsp

•Baking Powder: 16 g | 4 teaspoons

•Milk: 450 g | 1 ¾ cup + 2 tablespoon

•Vegetable Oil: 35 g | 2½ tablespoons

•Prepared cast iron caramel apples.


🍬INSTRUCTIONS🍬

1.Preheat the oven 350F.

2.Prepare cast iron caramel apples. After cooking, turn off heat, set aside, and begin preparing cake.

3.In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cinnamon, and baking powder.

4.In a separate bowl, whisk the milk and vegetable oil.

5.Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir with a wooden spoon until just combined.

6.Pour cake batter over apples in cast iron skillet.

7.Bake for 30 minutes.
