🍬CARAMELIZED VANILLA CASHEWS 🍬


Four ingredients. Less than 15 minutes to make. Doesn’t require your oven or flour. Ridiculously delicious. Sweet, crunchy, and salty vanilla bean cashews.


These are great as a snack, you could chop them up and put them in a salad, or grind them up and use them for a coating on crunchy chicken.


Stay tuned for different variations of these using different sugars, nuts, and maybe even a keto version. Any flavor requests?

🍬INGREDIENTS🍬

•Cashews: 300 grams | 2 cups

•Sugar: 155 grams | 0.75 cups

•Salt: 3 grams | 1/2 tsp

•Vanilla Bean Paste: 3 grams | 1/2 tsp

•Water: 58 grams | 4 Tbsp.

🍬INSTRUCTIONS🍬

1.Combine sugar, water, and salt in a sauté pan. Bring to a boil.

2.Add cashews and toss in syrup. Cook until all water has evaporated. This is about 5 minutes. You will no longer see any steam.

3.Remove from heat and add vanilla.

5.Stir vigorously until mixture stiffens and looks white and dry.

6.Turn Heat back to medium and toss cashews until they sound dry. You’ll be able to hear this.

7.Pour on parchment paper. Cool.
