🍬INGREDIENTS🍬
•Water: 30 grams
•Corn Syrup: 620 grams
•Sugar: 250 grams
•Heavy Cream: 155 grams
•Sweetened Condensed Milk: 265 grams
•Butter: 110 grams
•Salt: 5 grams
•Baking Soda: 2 grams
•Apple Cider Mix: 80 grams
•Apples: 9 medium/large sized apples
🍬INSTRUCTIONS🍬
1. Prepare your apples. If using store bought, dip apples quickly in hot water to remove wax layer. Clean, dry completely, and place wooden stick.
2. Combine all ingredients in a thick bottomed pot.
3. Stirring slowly but constantly during cooking, cook over medium heat until butter has melted and mixture starts to boil. Turn heat to medium high and cook until caramel reaches 244F.
4. Turn off heat.
5. Dip apples in caramel, place on parchment paper.
6. Allow caramel to cool. Enjoy!
